The Pjenusac Brut Nature by Clai represents an elegant sparkling wine with a distinctive character, produced in the fertile lands of Franciacorta, a region renowned for the excellence of its sparkling wines. This brut nature is made from Chardonnay grapes, carefully selected to deliver a fresh and harmonious profile, typical of the Lombard territory where the temperate climate and lake breezes give the product a fine and vibrant air.

The vineyards, cultivated with quality-conscious methods, undergo a gentle pressing followed by fermentation that preserves the aromatic nuances. The bottle fermentation, according to the traditional method, ensures Pjenusac fineness in the bubbles and an elegant perlage, while the absence of sugar dosage in the Brut Nature version emphasizes the purity of the fruit and the mineral quality of the terroir.

In the glass, it shows a clear and bright straw-yellow color, accompanied by intense aromas of white flowers, almond, and slightly citrus notes. On the palate, it reveals marked freshness, balance, and a light savoriness that enhances its structure without weighing it down. Ideal as an aperitif or paired with delicate seafood dishes, Pjenusac Brut Nature is an authentic and refined expression of Italian sparkling wine.

Winery history
According to official information, the winery was established in Bertinoro in 1963 and is managed by the Sirri and Casadei families. From traditional farmhouse wines, the estate has progressively shifted its focus to quality and local typicity, developing vineyards around the village and selecting parcels to produce wines of character.
Production philosophy
Emphasis is placed on the connection to the land and on typicity: all wines are produced from estate-grown grapes, and the estate has completed conversion to organic farming for its grapes.
