Taurasi DOCG - Perillo is born from the heart of the Irpinian territory, famous for its volcanic soils and high altitude, elements that give its wines a unique and complex structure. Produced exclusively with Aglianico grapes, one of the noblest varieties of Southern Italy, this Taurasi stands out for its skillful aging, usually extended in oak barrels that impart elegance and depth. In the glass, it shows an intense ruby color with garnet reflections, and on the nose it releases intense aromas of ripe red fruits, sweet spices, and light mineral notes. On the palate, it is full, enveloping, with firm but well-integrated tannins, capable of ensuring a long gustatory persistence. Perfect with robust dishes such as roasted meats, game, or aged cheeses, Taurasi DOCG Perillo is a sublime example of balance between tradition and Campanian terroir.
