Taurasi Riserva DOCG - Perillo is born in the heart of Irpinia, a volcanic land that gives the wine a unique and complex structure. This prestigious red is mainly obtained from the Aglianico grape variety, known for its ability to evolve over time, best expressing the mountain terroir. The rigorous aging, which includes a long period in oak barrels, gives the wine an intense aromatic depth, with notes of ripe red fruits, sweet spices, and balsamic hints that emerge elegantly.

On the palate, Taurasi Riserva is full, robust, and tannic, with a persistent finish that invites slow tasting. Perfect to accompany hearty dishes like roasted meats, game, and aged cheeses, it is a true expression of Campanian tradition, able to tell the story and passion of Perillo for the territory and the Aglianico grape variety.
