The Toscana IGT Pian di Nova from Il Borro is a sublime expression of Tuscan winemaking artistry. This wine combines the robustness of Syrah with the elegance of Sangiovese, offering a deeply harmonious tasting experience. Produced at the historic Il Borro estate, located in the picturesque region of Tuscany, Pian di Nova represents the company's commitment to respecting traditions while integrating modern winemaking techniques.

Visually, the wine presents an intense ruby red color, with slight violet reflections at the edge of the glass. The nose reveals a varied bouquet: notes of ripe red fruits such as blackberry and cherry blend skillfully with spicy nuances and a light touch of vanilla, a result of aging in barriques.

On the palate, Pian di Nova surprises with its balanced structure and rich tannic texture. The flavors of red fruits mingle with accents of black pepper and chocolate, leading to a long and persistent finish that invites another sip. Well-integrated acidity and a spicy finish complete the profile of this intriguing Toscana IGT.

Perfect for serving with robust dishes such as grilled red meats, game, or intensely seasoned dishes, Pian di Nova is also surprisingly versatile with aged cheeses and meditation. Its complexity enhances rich cuisine and well-spiced dishes, making it an ideal wine to accompany a formal dinner or a special occasion.

Let yourself be seduced by the refinement and elegance of Toscana IGT Pian di Nova - Il Borro, a wine that encapsulates the essence of Tuscany in your glass.
