A wine that tells a story of land and passion, the Toscana IGT Rosso from Il Borro is a genuine expression of the heart of Tuscany's wine-making region. This robust and complex wine is the result of a meticulous selection of Sangiovese, Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, which, after a careful harvest, are vinified to enhance their unique character.

The Il Borro winery, renowned for its dedication to quality and sustainability, finds in the area's microclimate and the rich Tuscan soil the ideal context for cultivating vines that yield grapes of excellent quality. The wine presents itself with a deep red color, embellished with reflections that hint at its complexity.

On the nose, the Toscana IGT Rosso from Il Borro offers an intriguing bouquet of aromas ranging from notes of ripe wild berries to delicate nuances of spices and wood, due to aging in French oak barrels. On the palate, it reveals itself as full and persistent, with a well-balanced tannic structure that predisposes it to long aging. Accents of vanilla and chocolate blend with tones of dark fruit, creating a rich and enveloping taste experience.

This wine pairs perfectly with traditional Tuscan cuisine, such as grilled Florentine steak or pappardelle with wild boar, but also surprises when accompanying aged cheeses and rich meat dishes. Ideal to serve at a temperature of 18°C, the Toscana IGT Rosso - Il Borro is a true gem for every collector and wine lover seeking an authentic sensory experience deeply connected to the territory.
