The Trentangeli Aglianico Castel del Monte DOC in magnum format, produced organically by Tenuta Bocca di Lupo, is a red wine of solid presence and precision. In the glass it shows a deep ruby color; on the nose it offers notes of dark berries, light floral hints and a touch of sweet spice. On the palate it displays a sustained structure, tannins that are present but well integrated, and balanced freshness that supports a clean, moderately persistent finish. The clarity of the fruit is accompanied by a subtle minerality that contributes to the overall freshness.

The magnum bottle favors slower development and makes it ideal for important gatherings or for those looking for a bottle to cellar. Recommended with red meat dishes, roasts and aged cheeses, it can be enjoyed now or left for a few years in the cellar to gain greater harmony. Serving temperature around 16-18 °C; decant in advance if you wish to emphasize its aromas.
