The Tuscan Bitter 70cl - Winestillery is an extraordinary expression of the Tuscan territory, combining artisanal tradition with a refined passion for authentic flavors. This bitter stands out for its aromatic complexity, the result of a skillful infusion of local herbs and selected spices, evoking the intense scents of the Mediterranean scrub and Tuscan hills.

The preparation takes place through a slow maceration process, which enhances the bitter and aromatic notes typical of the bitter, highlighted by a precise balance between sweetness and freshness. On the nose, there are hints of aromatic herbs, roots, and a light spicy touch, while on the palate a persistent and harmonious finish is perceived, characterized by a pleasant bitter aftertaste, perfect to stimulate the appetite.

The Tuscan Bitter makes a magnificent base for classic or modern cocktails, but also proves excellent served fresh as an aperitif, accompanied by typical Tuscan cuisine snacks, such as crostini with pâté or aged cheeses. A product that elegantly celebrates the richness of its terroir and the mastery of Italian distillation.
