Ulysses 2021 comes from Napa Valley, emphasizing freshness and concentrated aromatics. With an intense ruby color, it presents aromas of ripe red fruit, delicate spice notes and a subtle balsamic hint. The olfactory profile is clear and inviting, without excess; the fruity component blends with a mineral suggestion that keeps the sip lively. Complex yet approachable, it shows harmony between freshness and ripeness, enjoyable today but also interesting to revisit in the near term.

On the palate it is well balanced, with present but integrated tannins and good acidity-body balance. The finish is persistent, leaving fruity and spicy memories, making the bottle suitable with meat dishes, aged cheeses and mushroom-based preparations. It also pairs well with international dishes and casual gatherings with friends. If desired, decanting for a few minutes can add softness on the palate. Recommended slightly cooler than room temperature to appreciate structure and the clarity of the fruit.
