The wine stands out for its unique character, the result of artisanal craftsmanship that respects the natural rhythms of winemaking. Its appearance is pale and bright, inviting tasting.

On the nose, the Urfé Blanc offers a delicate bouquet, where floral notes emerge paired with accents of white-fleshed fruits, such as peach and pear, all wrapped in a veil of minerality. On the palate, its elegance materializes through a perfect balance between acidity and freshness, making it extremely pleasant and persistent.

Ideal for accompanying delicate fish dishes or light appetizers, this wine gracefully enhances the flavors of Mediterranean cuisine. Perfect to serve chilled to appreciate all its nuances, Urfé Blanc is an excellent choice for those seeking a wine that combines tradition and originality. A true gem to discover and offer to lovers of refined and distinctive wines.

Winery history
The project is led by Gilles Bonnefoy, who began by assembling and leasing plots in the Champdieu area in the late 1990s. Management moved to organic farming in 2001 and to a biodynamic approach with Demeter certification in the early 2000s; the estate gradually expanded its plots around the hill known as "la Madone."
Production philosophy
Parcel-by-parcel work, hand harvesting and separate vinifications to highlight the characteristics of the different soils. Priority is given to natural vineyard management and to certified biodynamic practices.
Terroir and vineyards
Vineyards located in Champdieu in the Loire department, a high‑altitude area of the Loire Valley. The soils are highly varied: volcanic basalts and several types of granite, which give rise to different aromatic expressions and structural profiles in the wines.
