La Storia de I Sabbioni è intimamente legata al Sangiovese: il grande interprete delle colline romagnole. L'azienda ha voluto comunque esprimere le sue qualità e capacità, nella produzione di questo Albana di Romagna Secco dal gusto eccezionale.

La vendemmia avviene solitamente durante la prima decade di Settembre. Le uve vengono fermentate in acciaio in assenza di bucce. L'affinamento è in acciaio, sulle fecce fini per 8 mesi.

Nel calice si riversa con un colore giallo paglierino vivo con riflessi dorati. All'olfatto conquistano i suoi aromi floreali e fruttati dove spiccano profumi di frutta a polpa giallaAl palato si presenta con un sapore persistente, una trama tannica elegante e un sorso fresco e con il giusto grado di salinità. Ottimo in abbinamento con zuppe, aperitivi, formaggi di media stagionatura e portate a base di pesce.
