The Valdobbiadene Prosecco DOCG Superiore Extra Dry Millesimato Bandarossa Bortolomiol represents one of the most elegant and refined expressions of Prosecco. Produced in one of the most prestigious terroirs of the Veneto region, this exclusive sparkling wine, presented in a sumptuous Jeroboam bottle (3 liters), is a true gem for enthusiasts of the genre.

The winemaking follows the traditional Charmat method, which helps preserve the freshness and the typical fruity aroma of Glera grapes, used in purity. The vintage year reflects a careful selection of the best grapes, ensuring superior quality and remarkable complexity.

The organoleptic profile stands out for its rich and lively bouquet, with notes of green apple, pear, and a hint of citrus that harmoniously meld with floral nuances of acacia and wisteria. On the palate, the sip is balanced, with a pleasant acidity perfectly balancing the "extra dry" sweetness, leaving an extremely fresh and persistent sensation.

Ideal as an aperitif, this Prosecco Superiore is also an excellent companion to light dishes based on fish or seafood, as well as shining when paired with delicate preparations of vegetables and fresh cheeses. Perfect for celebrating special occasions, the boxed presentation also makes it a classy gift, suitable for both connoisseurs and novices eager to discover the superlative quality of Valdobbiadene Prosecco. A celebration of Italian winemaking craftsmanship, destined to leave an unforgettable impression.
