Brolo dei Giusti represents a careful, measured expression of Valpolicella Superiore: on the palate it is medium-bodied, with silky tannins and a well-balanced acidity that supports each sip. The color is ruby with slight violet reflections, and on the nose ripe red fruits emerge—cherry and sour cherry—accompanied by light spicy hints and herbal notes that add depth without weighing it down. The impression is of restrained complexity, with fruity returns and a modest persistence that invites a second glass.

It is pleasant to sip both on its own and at the table: it naturally accompanies white meat dishes, moderate ragùs and medium-aged cheeses; it also suits informal evenings thanks to its clean, easy drinkability. It pairs well with seasonal cooking and regional dishes; a short airing before serving enhances its nuances. The gift-boxed bottle also makes it an elegant present: a Valpolicella Superiore that aims for balance and immediate appeal, without sacrificing its own identity.
