Mazzetti Vermouth di Torino has a bright amber color and a compact aromatic profile: on the nose there's a subtle mix of aromatic herbs and citrus peel, accompanied by sweet spices that round out its character. It is not exuberant, instead it aims for a refined balance between softness and a slight bitterness that defines its personality, with a balsamic base that adds depth without weighing down the olfactory picture.

On the palate it confirms a medium body, with a rounded, well-balanced sip; the initial sweetness gives way to a savory note that keeps the drinking experience lively and promotes persistence. The finish is pleasantly dry, with herbal echoes that remain clean and restrained. Perfect as an aperitif served chilled or on the rocks, it also lends itself naturally to classic cocktails; when paired, it enhances flavorful appetizers, cured meats and hard cheeses without overpowering them.
