Verdicchio Classico Superiore - Cavallaro is a white wine that highlights the character of Verdicchio produced by the Cavallaro estate. On the nose it opens with a sober, pleasant profile showing white flowers, citrus, green apple and a subtle almond hint. On the palate it offers freshness and good acidity, a medium-bodied structure that supports the aromas without weighing them down; the finish is clean with a savory note that invites another sip. The balance between aromatic lift and sapidity makes it easy-drinking and versatile, with an aromatic progression consistent from first to last sip.

Suitable for everyday yet considered enjoyment, it pairs with uncomplicated seafood dishes, shellfish, vegetable-based starters and fresh cheeses. It is recommended to serve it chilled, avoiding overly low temperatures that could mask its aromas. Intended for those seeking a bottle with controlled personality and smooth drinkability, it is ideal for informal meals and convivial moments.

Winery history
Terroir and vineyards
