The Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi DOC signed Umani Ronchi is born from the Marche territory, the heart devoted to this noble grape variety. The “Vecchie Vigne” represent a tribute to deep roots, with grapes harvested from vineyards that boast years of history and an extraordinary natural balance. Verdicchio, an indigenous variety with citrus and mineral notes, expresses here all its complexity thanks to careful aging in steel, which preserves freshness and character.

The wine presents an elegant bouquet, where aromas of almond and green apple alternate, accompanied by a pleasant floral vein and a savory streak that recalls the clay and limestone soil of the Castelli di Jesi. On the palate, it reveals itself harmonious and balanced, with a delicate persistence that invites another sip. Perfect with delicate seafood dishes, white meats, and fresh cheeses, this Verdicchio is an authentic expression of Marche tradition and passion.
