Pairing Fish, seafood, appetizers, salads
The Vermentino Bolgheri from Tenuta Guado al Tasso expresses the grape variety's character with restraint in this coastal area. In the glass it opens with notes of ripe citrus, white flowers and a discreet herbaceous touch, followed by hints of white-fleshed fruit and a light saline impression that recalls the maritime climate. The structure is lean yet enveloping, with balanced freshness and mineral returns that accompany a clean, lingering finish.

It pairs naturally with fish dishes, shellfish and simple Mediterranean preparations; it is also ideal with raw starters, seafood salads and light pasta. Serve chilled, preferably in wide glasses that enhance its aromas; it is recommended to drink it young to appreciate the fruit's liveliness and the defining sapidity. The label and name refer to Marchesi Antinori and Tenuta Guado al Tasso, synonymous with attention to territoriality.
