The Vignaferrovia Brunello di Montacino DOCG Riserva, offered by Marchesi Antinori and from Tenuta Pian Delle Vigne, presents itself as a bottle intended for noteworthy occasions. In Jeroboam format and packed in a wooden case, it has a presence that anticipates a complex character. On the nose there are notes of ripe fruit, spicy hints and light earthy nuances; on the palate it shows structure, present tannins and prolonged persistence, maintaining a balance between freshness and body. Overall it is expressed with restraint, without excess, leaving room for development in the cellar or upon opening.

It is recommended to serve the wine after adequate aeration to fully appreciate its aromatic range: a decanter or a long opening of the bottle will encourage expression. Ideal with meat dishes, flavorful preparations and aged cheeses, it suits convivial and important occasions. The wooden case also makes it suitable as a gift or for collections.
