Descrizione

In the glass it shows a deep ruby robe, suggesting a serious, measured character. On the nose it opens with ripe red fruit, rose petal and light earthy notes, while a subtle spice and a balsamic thread complete the profile without overloading it. The palate is governed by good balance: lively acidity, tannins that are present but well-defined, and a saline sensation that keeps the wine taut and dynamic; it is not an immediate wine, asking for a little air to bring its aromatic details into focus. Winery history

The winery originated from the agricultural activities initiated by Luigi Einaudi. The family progressively expanded the property and the vineyards, passing management through several generations to the current leadership of Matteo Sardagna Einaudi. The estate retains a strong historical identity tied to the promotion of the wines of the Langhe and preserves documentation that records the property's origins and subsequent developments.
