Pairing Cantucci and dry desserts; blue cheeses
The Vin Santo del Chianti Classico DOC from Marchesi Antinori in a 375 ml bottle presents itself as a dessert wine with a clear territorial identity. Amber and luminous in color, it shows an aromatic profile with notes of dried fruit, honey and light hints of candied citrus; on the palate it is enveloping, with a sweetness that is present but balanced by freshness that supports its drinkability. The structure is elegant and the finish persistent without being cloying, making it suitable for a contemplative tasting or as the conclusion of a refined meal.

It traditionally pairs with dry pastries such as cantucci, with baked goods and desserts featuring dried fruit, and also stands up well to savory or blue cheeses and dark chocolate in moderate amounts. Recommended serving temperature: cool, around 10–14 °C. Store the bottle in a cool, sheltered place until ready to serve. The 375 ml format is convenient for one or several shared tastings.
