An aromatized wine that bears the name Tanacetum in an honest, straightforward way: in the glass it opens with a herbaceous, assertive profile, where slightly bitter sensations typical of the composite family emerge, along with light balsamic nuances and a hint of dried flowers. The bouquet remains measured, without excess, supported by a fresh acidity that makes the sip vibrant and smooth; the body is slender, with a texture that caresses without weighing down and a pleasant, slightly bitter finish that invites another glass.

It works well as an aperitif for those who enjoy herbaceous flavors, but also finds a place at the table alongside soft cheeses, not-too-aged cured meats and preparations based on aromatic herbs. Excellent served chilled, it can be used in cocktails with a bitter, aromatic profile. An interesting option for those seeking an aromatized wine with a clear personality—balanced and versatile, it combines character and clean taste without being overpowering.

Winery history
The story of a farming family from the Langhe that revived local viticulture: after years of mixed farming, management passed to Anna Maria, and she relaunched the estate’s production and the work on its high‑altitude vineyards. The property was rebuilt from the 1990s onwards and the estate has grown to include new vineyards and a presence in Monforte.
Production philosophy
Production focused on respect for the land and the pursuit of elegance and freshness: single-varietal wines that express the specificity of the soil and altitude, made using practices that prioritize craftsmanship, limited use of technology, and a focus on sustainability.
Terroir and vineyards
Langhe: high-altitude vineyards mainly in Farigliano, areas of Alta Langa in Marsaglia and vineyards for Barolo in Monforte d’Alba; calcareous-clay soils and altitudes often above 500 m a.s.l. that enhance freshness and aromaticity.
