The renowned Paolo Leo winery, located in the heart of Puglia, offers a refreshing and lively experience with its "Ironico" Sparkling White Wine. This wine is an exceptional expression of the region, born from the masterful selection of the finest native white grapes, which imparts a distinctive character and unique pleasure to the palate.

Paolo Leo's "Ironico" stands out for its vibrant straw yellow color, with green reflections that hint at the freshness found in its taste. The fine and persistent bubbles delicately caress the tongue, making each sip pleasantly effervescent. On the nose, aromas of fresh fruit such as green apple, pear, and citrus notes are discernible; these harmoniously blend with light floral nuances and aromatic herbs, creating a complex yet extremely inviting olfactory bouquet.

On the palate, Ironico reveals excellent freshness thanks to its well-balanced acidity, which pairs with a slight minerality. The finish is clean and persistent, leaving a pleasantly refreshing sensation that invites another sip. Its effervescence makes it particularly suitable as an aperitif or paired with light appetizers, fish, and vegetarian dishes.

This Sparkling White Wine is not just a beverage but a true sensory journey that celebrates Italian winemaking tradition, making it ideal for those seeking something special to offer during festive occasions or convivial gatherings. Each bottle of Ironico is the result of passion and dedication that Paolo Leo has for viticulture, always ensuring a high-quality product that best expresses the virtues of the Puglian territory.
