Fresh and immediate, Cirelli's Sparkling Rosé presents a delicate perlage and an aromatic profile that emphasizes ripe red fruit and subtle floral notes. On the nose raspberry and strawberry emerge, with citrus hints that keep the sip lively; on the palate it is lean, with balanced acidity and a pleasant sapidity that supports the drink without weighing it down. The fruity component remains central but well measured, while the fine bubbles add rhythm and lightness. The balance between freshness and softness makes it easy to drink; the finish is smooth and leaves a subtle citrus note that invites another sip.

It suits informal occasions and aperitifs but can also accompany not-too-structured fish dishes, summer salads, delicate cured meats and fresh cheeses. Excellent for picnics, brunches and evenings on the terrace, it should be served very cold in glasses that enhance the aromatic profile. It is a relaxed companion for those looking for a sparkling rosé with a young, versatile character: immediate, pleasant on the palate and meant to be enjoyed young, when its vitality is at its best.
