Pairing Red meats, aged cheeses
The color is lively and invites you to the glass, while the bouquet offers sensations of ripe red fruit and hints of underbrush, accompanied by light spicy notes that lend a pleasant character without overwhelming. On the palate it is balanced, with good freshness that supports its drinkability and soft tannins that define the structure without being austere; the finish is clean and of good persistence, leaving a sensation of savoriness that encourages another sip.

The sip flows harmoniously, suitable both for those seeking an everyday red and for those who want something more to pair with a meal; it stands up well to meat dishes, rustic soups and semi-aged cheeses, but also pairs nicely with mushroom-based dishes or heartier home cooking. Serve at a moderate temperature, around 16–18 °C, and letting it breathe for a few minutes enhances its more fragrant and soft qualities.
