Its aging takes place in oak barrels, where the qualities of the two malts blend elegantly, giving a complex and harmonious aromatic profile. On the nose, enveloping notes of dried fruit, honey, and sweet spices are perceived, while on the palate a smooth yet vibrant sensation emerges, with a persistent and slightly smoky finish.
A versatile spirit, Whisky Fusion is suitable to be enjoyed neat or with the addition of a few drops of water to release all its nuances. Perfect to accompany moments of relaxation or pairings with spicy dishes and aged cheeses, it is a sensory journey that tells the encounter between two cultures distilled with mastery.

Distillation
For whiskies and gin Amrut predominantly uses copper pot stills and traditional washbacks; for some rums distillation is performed in iron stills from jaggery, followed by blending with aged foreign rums.
Ageing
Maturation in the Indian tropical climate with strong cask/spirit interaction; frequent use of finishing phases in different cask types to create expressions such as Portonova (finishing in port pipes) or preparations with sherry/intermediate sherry.
