The Whisky Peated Cask Strength by Amrut is an intense and vibrant expression of Indian style, born in the Bangalore region, where the art of distillation merges with an emerging tradition of high-quality whisky.

Characterized by a high alcoholic strength, this single malt fully expresses the power and complexity of peated malt, ideal for lovers of bold flavors. The aging process takes place in oak barrels, capable of enhancing the smoky notes of peat without losing balance. On the nose, intense aromas of burnt bark, flint, and a hint of sweet spices typical of India, such as cardamom and cloves, emerge.

On the palate, it surprises with its enveloping and profound character; the smoky peat combines with hints of honey, ripe citrus, and a delicate toasted wood scent. The finish is long and warm, with a slightly salty aftertaste. Perfect paired with smoked meat dishes or aged cheeses, this whisky represents a refined discovery for those wishing to venture into the less conventional territories of peated malt.
