Delicate floral and freshly cut grass aromas intertwine with notes of honey and bread crust, with a pleasant impression of white-fleshed fruit. The fifteen years of maturation are apparent in the texture: the oak is present but measured, lending vanilla nuances and a light toastiness that rounds the sip without masking its freshness. The bouquet remains clear and approachable, aimed at those who seek finesse rather than power.

On the palate the blend shows balance and clarity: medium body, silky texture and a smooth progression that enhances sapidity and a touch of citrus that keeps the drink lively. The wood-derived tannins are gentle and support a persistence that recalls sweet spices and toasted almond on the finish. Excellent served neat or with a few drops of water to further open the aromas; pairs successfully with fresh cheeses, delicate cold cuts and dry desserts made with dried fruit.
