The aging takes place in American oak barrels, whose toasted wood imparts hints of vanilla, caramel, and spicy notes of nutmeg and white pepper. On the nose, there is an elegant balance between cereal sweetness and fruity scents, with touches of baked apple and honey inviting you to take a sip. On the palate, it reveals itself to be smooth yet rich, with a long and enveloping persistence that leaves traces of toasted wood and a slight smoky accent.
It is a versatile bourbon, ideal to be enjoyed neat or in mixing for classy cocktails. Perfect paired with roasted red meats or aged cheeses, it reflects the refined tradition of Willett, a synonym of excellence in the American whiskey scene.

Distillation
Combined use of column and pot still with a "doubler"; historically part of production was also assembled from purchased distillates, while on-site distillation has increased since 2012.
Ageing
Aging in barrels stored in warehouses; for expressions classified as bourbon, new charred American oak barrels are used according to the product's typical regulations.
