Penderyn Whisky is a refined example of whisky from Wales. Packaged in a 70cl bottle, this spirit epitomizes the excellence of Welsh distillation. The Penderyn distillery, known for its use of traditional techniques and continuous innovation, produces this whisky using the purest water from the surrounding mountains. The distillation process takes place in unique stills of their own design, giving the whisky a distinctive aromatic profile.
This whisky presents a bright amber color, and offers delicate fruity notes on the nose, with light traces of vanilla and honey, derived from aging in selected oak barrels. On the palate, Penderyn reveals itself to be smooth yet complex, with a harmonious evolution of flavors ranging from dried fruit to subtle hints of spices and chocolate.
The finish is long and persistent, leaving a pleasant warmth and a richness of aromas that invites a second sip. Ideal for enjoying neat, Penderyn Whisky can also be used as a base for sophisticated cocktails for special moments. A true gem for whisky lovers searching for high-quality products from less conventional distilleries.

Distillation
Use of the 'Faraday' still (single-pot with integrated column) to obtain high-purity new-make (~92% ABV) in a single pass; use of traditional pot stills (70–73% ABV new-make) and lantern stills for stylistic variation.
Ageing
Maturation predominantly in ex-bourbon casks for the main ageing phase and finishes in Madeira casks; sherry, port and other cask types are also used for specific expressions and single cask releases.
