This single malt stands out for the harmonious use of malted and unmalted barley, a combination that gives complexity and depth to the aromatic profile. The maturation takes place in ex-bourbon oak barrels and European oak barrels, with a slight contribution of cherry wood, which imparts a precious fruity and spicy note to the spirit. On the nose, delicate aromas of ripe apples, vanilla, and a hint of sweet spices emerge, anticipating a smooth but persistent taste, with a finish of almond and honey.
