Manfredi

Manfredi is a historic label of Italian liqueur-making that was relaunched/acquired and incorporated into the production of Amari & Affini, a workshop based in Montalto Uffugo (Cosenza). In 2023 Amari & Affini attracted investments/partnerships from entities such as Vecchio Magazzino Doganale (involved in botanical supplies) and Compagnia dei Caraibi, which signed a participation agreement with Amari & Affini to develop the production project that includes the Manfredi label.

To rediscover and enhance traditional recipes from Southern Italy, working with territorial raw materials and artisanal preparations (infusions and macerations) to offer classic liqueurs reinterpreted in a contemporary key.

Calabria / Southern Italy (production linked to Montalto Uffugo, province of Cosenza) and raw materials sourced from southern areas (bergamot, lemon, Calabrian licorice).
