The story
The Roby Marton project started in 2013 (Treviso). Products are described as made in a historic distillery in Bassano del Grappa; the brand uses a combination of distillation and cold‑compound techniques.
Production philosophy
Artisanal, small‑batch approach; emphasis on botanical selection and use of cold‑compound infusions integrated with distillation to achieve intense aromatic profiles.
Territory
Production in Veneto (historic distillery in Bassano del Grappa). Collaborated as distiller for Equilium gin, a brand of PEPPERICE (Cavallino Treporti, VE).
Production method
Products made in small series; for the gins a neutral alcohol base is used and, for some expressions, a cold-compound (infusion/cold infusion) technique combined with distillation in small batches. Laboratory preparations are also used for syrups and alcohol-free versions.
Distillation
Base distilled in small batches; some expressions include a portion obtained through cold-compound / cold infusion integrated into the blend.
