Sentir

Sentir mezcals are sourced and bottled from artisanal productions in Oaxaca. Techniques noted in the product sheets include traditional cooking of the piñas in underground ovens, natural fermentation and distillation in copper stills or traditional methods; some expressions are distilled in olla de barro (earthenware pots). Aged expressions are finished in wooden barrels (oak).
