Pairing Red meats, aged cheeses
A deep ruby red, Felline’s Malvasia Nera expresses an aromatic profile without excess. On the nose ripe red fruits emerge, with a light floral note and spicy hints that give immediate appeal; the body is medium-full, balanced in drive and softness, with gentle tannins that do not overpower the sip. In the glass it proves elegant in its simplicity, with echoes of cherry and small red berries that never become opulent. The whole remains linear and fairly fresh for the style, ideal for those seeking an everyday red with personality.

On the palate it shows a soft texture and a fine sapidity that support the drinkability, with moderate persistence and fruity returns. It pairs with cured meats, pasta dishes with rich sauces, roasted white meats or medium-aged cheeses; serving it slightly cool enhances its drinkability. Suited to everyday dining and informal gatherings, it also works well with small platters and light barbecues. A simple but carefully made wine that speaks of the territory honestly without too many pretensions.
