Polvanera’s dry Moscato Puglia IGT offers a fragrant yet dry profile, where the floral notes typical of Moscato are joined by fresh citrus and subtle herbal hints. On the nose there are orange blossom, bergamot and a delicate white peach; on the palate the sip is lean, with good acidity and a pleasant salinity that supports the drinking. Light–medium body, clean texture and an airy finish: it’s a wine that favors freshness over structure, with a persistence that invites a second glass.

Serve chilled, around 8-10 °C, to enhance its aromatic liveliness. It works very well as an aperitif and pairs elegantly with seafood starters, crudo dishes, summer salads and fresh cheeses; it also suits dishes with pronounced sapidity, where its acidity cleanses the palate. Versatile and easy-drinking, it’s a bright choice for those seeking a perfumed but dry white, ideal on hot days and for informal gatherings.
