The presence of Verdeca here translates into a bright amber color and aromas that swing between dried citrus, dried flowers and light Mediterranean herbal notes. The maceration gives the bouquet a pleasing olfactory complexity without ever overdoing it, allowing hints of tea and bitter almond to emerge that invite a sip with restrained elegance.

On the palate it is saline and easy-drinking, supported by a soft tannic framework that structures the body without weighing it down; the freshness keeps the finish lively and provides a persistence that invites another taste. It pairs naturally with more flavorful seafood dishes, spicy preparations and aged cheeses; ideal served cool but not cold, around 12–14 °C, to appreciate its taste facets and pleasant everyday drinkability.
