A wine that comes from the vinification of grapes from 100% Chardonnay vines grown in the classic location of South Tyrol, Valle Isarco.
The vinification is carried out with gentle pressing, fermentation and maturation on the noble lees in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, no malolactic fermentation.
When poured it has a greenish yellow color, denoting great youth. On the nose it denotes a fruity and delicate bouquet, characterized by aromas of pineapple and banana. In the mouth the taste is extremely fresh, slender and surprisingly lively, with a delicate body.
Excellent wine to combine with appetizers and fish-based dishes, perfect drunk while enjoying seafood and white meats.
