Gewurztraminer "Aristos" is part of the most important range of wines from the South Tyrolean winery Valle Isarco, in the most intense version of the great aromatic vine, grown within the company limits with strict criteria.
The vinification is carried out with soft pressing, with a brief contact on the skins; the fermentation at controlled temperature is carried out in stainless steel tanks, without malolactic fermentation which is followed by 7 months of maturation on the noble lees.
When poured, the wine shows a light yellow color with bright greenish hues. The bouquet is elegant and complex, with floral hints of roses and carnation. Then come aromas of aromatic herbs and delicate spices, with a pleasant aroma of candied citrus peel, ripe fruit and tropical fruits. The taste is decidedly rich and harmonious, with a surprising enveloping fruit that leads to a fresh and persistent finish.
Excellent brought to the table by serving shellfish, perfect in combination with spicy cheeses and dishes au gratin.
