Kerner DOC - Aristos - Valle Isarco is a white wine that comes from one of the most renowned areas for viticulture in South Tyrol, the Valle Isarco. This region is famously known for its ability to produce white wines of character and great freshness, thanks to the particular composition of the soil and the favorable climate, characterized by warm summer days and cool nights that contribute to developing excellent acidity and distinctive aromas in the wines.

Kerner, a grape variety that is a cross between Schiava and Riesling, is splendidly expressed in this "Aristos" label. The name “Aristos” underscores the excellence and nobility that this winery aims to impart to its wine. The grapes are rigorously selected and hand-picked to ensure the highest quality.

Visually, the wine presents a bright straw-yellow color with greenish reflections. On the nose, Kerner DOC - Aristos reveals a complex and enveloping bouquet, with lively notes of white-fleshed fruits like peaches and pears, enriched by nuances of white flowers and an elegant touch of aromatic spices. On the palate, the wine is fresh, vibrant, and well-balanced, with a good acidic structure that leads to a persistent and aromatic finish.

This wine is ideal for accompanying robust fish dishes, seafood, white meats, and medium-aged cheeses. It is also an excellent aperitif thanks to its freshness and inviting aromatic profile. The Aristos Kerner DOC represents an excellent choice for those seeking a distinctive white wine that expresses the unique terroir of Valle Isarco.
