The Cantina Valle Isarco is a careful reality that applies rigorous controls, starting from pruning, to the selection of grapes of exceptional quality, to arrive at a skilful production. These are the criteria that allow the birth of this excellent 100% Kerner, a fantastic white with a very intense, full-bodied and expressive fruity character, coming from the classic area of Alto Adige Valle Isarco.
The vinification foresees that the bunches are harvested manually when fully ripe. After a soft pressing, and a short maceration in contact with the skins, the fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks, where it remains for 7 months to refine its exceptional organoleptic characteristics.
In the glass the wine appears straw yellow in color, with a delicate brilliance. The bouquet reveals itself to the nose with an olfactory texture that starts with floral tones, and then evolves towards more fruity notes. The taste in the mouth has a young and slender entry, it offers a fresh and mineral sip and a nice persistence on the finish.
An extremely versatile wine in combination with food that goes perfectly with light appetizers, speck and egg and mushroom dishes. It is perfect with courses based on freshwater fish and seafood, or risotto with herbs. Excellent as an aperitif.
