Great elegance and pleasant drinking are the peculiarities of this Müller Thurgau, a glass that manages to express them in the best way in the Isarco Valley like in no other area. There, at high altitudes, it has found its ideal habitat, thanks to the harsh climatic conditions and the mineral-rich soils that give it the great character that distinguishes it.
An aromatic verve, with a minerality that stands out give rise to an exclusive wine, to be enjoyed until the last drop. Müller Thurgau "Aristos" of the Cantina Valle Isarco undergoes fermentation in stainless steel vats, then it will remain 7 months in contact with the lees in steel tanks.
In the glass it has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. Intense fruity scents of yellow fruit and exotic fruit rise to the nose, with citrus aromas. On the palate the taste is perceived in pleasant harmony, with a juicy and fruity body perfectly balanced between flavor and good freshness.
At the table, it is recommended to accompany it with fresh cheeses and all fish-based dishes.
