Cantina Valle Isarco has emerged with a large production of white wines, always using high quality grapes and careful and skilful processing. The whites of the Cantina Valle Isarco are among the most popular wines of South Tyrol. The elegant excellence and their character allow them to fully express the whole philosophy of the winery and its 130 members: excellent quality without compromise!
At sight it shows a yellow color with greenish reflections. On the nose, the scent is reminiscent of a delicate bouquet of flowers and fruit. In the mouth, the taste is dry and full, a velvety sip, an elegant and fresh body with the right acidity.
It goes perfectly with appetizers and first courses, it is pleasant drunk with steamed or baked fish; it is in full harmony even with egg or mushroom-based dishes. Perfect with asparagus and cheeses, and excellent as an aperitif.
