Spumante Brut Isaras is produced from Müller Thurgau and Sylvaner grapes grown in the suitable terroir of Trentino Alto Adige. The alluvial soils are rich in organic materials necessary for the good growth of the vines, properties that best enhance the great qualities of the white berried grapes used for the blend.
After the harvest, the grapes are taken to the Valle Isarco cellar, where they are carefully processed following the Charmat method; this is how bubbles are born that express a perfect harmony of aromas.
The Brut, like the other wines of the Isaras Valle Isarco line, was born with the intention of combining typical vines to give life to sparkling wines in which the qualities of the grapes stand out even in the sparkling version. The result is extremely tasty and refined bubbles.
In the glass it shows a beautiful light straw yellow color, with a fine and persistent perlage. Fruity and floral hints of peach and elderflower rise to the nose. The taste is rich in dry and mineral scents, with fruity notes that accompany a fresh and lively acidity.
A perfect Spumante to be presented in moments of the aperitif, however, its great qualities allow it to be creatively combined with all dishes with a light and delicate flavor.
