When it comes to quality Italian sparkling wines, Isaras' Spumante Brut represents an excellent example hailing from the picturesque Valle Isarco. This area, renowned for its cool, mountainous climate, is ideal for producing sparkling wines that require balanced acidity and impeccable freshness.

Isaras' Spumante Brut is a wine that captures the essence of Valle Isarco, featuring a blend of grapes that promise a lively and stimulating beverage. Visually, it presents a bright straw-yellow color, enriched by a fine and persistent perlage, a sign of good maturation and attentive, rigorous winemaking techniques.

On the nose, the Spumante Brut exudes a delicate yet complex bouquet, intertwining notes of white fruit like apple and pear, citrus touches, and nuances of fresh bread and yeast, thanks to its maturation in the bottle using the classic method.

On the palate, the freshness of the acidity is perfectly integrated with a slight creaminess, making each sip pleasantly harmonious. The fineness of the bubbles caresses the palate, leaving space for a long and clean finish that invites another sip.

Served chilled, this Spumante Brut is ideal as an aperitif but has the structure to accompany light appetizers, seafood, or delicate fish dishes. A true gem of Valle Isarco, it promises to elevate any occasion with its elegant and lively presence.

Over time its production facilities have been renewed and it expanded its public services with a modern wine shop. In 2021 the winery celebrated its 60th anniversary and refreshed its image and labels.
Production philosophy
Highlighting the distinctive qualities of the mountain terroir through collaboration among small winegrowers: the winery operates as a cooperative to preserve its connection with the local landscape and to focus on grape quality, with particular attention to the white varieties typical of the Isarco Valley.
