The label produced by the renowned house Billiot stands out for the elegance and sophistication that only a Grand Cru Champagne can offer. This Brut Millesimato Champagne best expresses the uniqueness of its origin territory, characterized by extraordinary soils that lend it a noteworthy complexity.

On the nose, this Champagne reveals vibrant notes of white-fleshed fruits, such as pear and apple, with accents of fresh citrus that harmoniously integrate with nuances of yeast and toasted bread, typical of prolonged aging on the lees. Once poured into the glass, its magnificent effervescence is noticeable, a symbol of meticulous and careful winemaking.

On the palate, the impact is crisp and fresh, thanks to perfect acidity that balances the wine's structure. The texture is creamy, almost silky, revealing itself in a long and persistent finish where fruit and mineral complexity blend in an almost poetic harmony.

The skill of the viticulturist is reflected in the premium balance of this Champagne, making it suitable for special occasions, perfect as an aperitif but also capable of accompanying refined dishes such as shellfish, sushi, or an elegant mushroom risotto.

Cultivated following rigorous quality standards, the Brut Millesimato Grand Cru Champagne from Billiot is an excellent choice for those seeking a superior tasting experience, a symbol of the excellence of one of the most celebrated wine regions in the world.

Winery history
The Pillot family has been established in the Côte Chalonnaise for several generations: the company's website records six generations of winegrowers and viticultural activity on these hills for around 150 years. Bottles have been marketed since the 1960s, and the winery, with parts dating to the 18th century, was renovated in the 1990s.
