The Chassagne-Montrachet 2022 by Pillot is an exceptional white wine that elegantly reflects the unique terroir of Burgundy. This vintage is meticulously cultivated in vineyards located in the heart of the village of Chassagne-Montrachet, known for its rich soils and winemaking history.

In the glass, the wine displays a brilliant straw-yellow color. On the nose, it offers an intriguing bouquet of ripe fruit, such as peach and melon, complemented by subtle notes of vanilla and toast, due to aging in French oak barrels.

On the palate, the Chassagne-Montrachet 2022 by Pillot is rich and sumptuous, with a creamy texture that expertly envelops the mouth. The flavors of citrus, white-fleshed fruit, and a hint of minerality harmoniously balance with a lively freshness, leading to a long and persistent finish.

This wine stands out for its finesse and complexity, making it ideal to pair with refined dishes such as sea bass tartare, grilled shellfish, or even soft and creamy cheeses. Its elegance and structure promise good aging potential.
