The Pommard Tavannes from Domaine Pillot Henry is a refined example of Burgundian viticulture, an authentic expression of the terroir of Pommard, known for its clay and limestone soils that provide structure and finesse to the wines. This cru is made from strictly selected Pinot Noir grapes, harmoniously reflecting the elegance and power typical of the variety in this area.

The wine matures in French oak barrels, giving it complexity and a velvety tannic texture, without ever compromising freshness and the typical mineral sapidity. In the glass, it appears with an intense ruby color, while on the nose it offers aromas of ripe red fruits, floral notes, and light spicy nuances. On the palate, it is balanced, with a full body and a persistent finish that invites continuous tasting.

Perfect paired with red meats, game, or mushroom-based dishes, this Pommard represents an excellent choice for those seeking a historic wine deeply connected to its territory.
