The Biferno Rosso DOC - Ramitello - Di Majo Norante is a red wine that represents the excellence of the wine production of the Molise region, a less known area in the Italian wine scene but capable of offering wines of surprising quality and character. The Di Majo Norante winery, located in the heart of Molise, is a historic reality that for generations has been dedicated to the valorization of native and international vines, with a constant commitment to sustainability and respect for nature.

The "Ramitello" takes its name from the estate where the vineyards are located, an area particularly suited to viticulture, where the climatic conditions and the composition of the soil allow high quality grapes to be obtained. This Biferno Rosso DOC is mainly produced with Montepulciano and Aglianico grapes, two vines that best express the richness and complexity of the Molise territory.

At sight, Biferno Rosso DOC Ramitello has an intense and deep ruby red color. On the nose, the wine offers a complex and enveloping bouquet, with notes of ripe red fruits, such as cherries and plums, enriched by nuances of spices, chocolate and a light touch of vanilla, testifying to the elegant passage in wood which contributes to rounding the aromatic profile.

In the mouth, the wine reveals a solid and well-balanced structure, with soft and ripe tannins that integrate perfectly with the acidity. The flavor persistence is remarkable, with a long and pleasantly spicy finish, which leaves a sensation of warmth and complexity.

Ideal in combination with robust and tasty dishes, such as grilled red meats, game, mushroom-based dishes and mature cheeses, Biferno Rosso DOC Ramitello by Di Majo Norante is a wine that tells the story and wine-growing passion of Molise, offering a rich and satisfying tasting experience.
