The Rosato Terra degli Osci IGT "Floralia" by Di Majo Norante is a lively and fragrant expression of the native Aglianico vine, interpreted in a rosé key by the historic Molise winery. Di Majo Norante, with its long winemaking tradition dating back to 1800, is committed to the production of wines that enhance the identity and peculiarities of the native vines of Molise, a region located in the heart of southern Italy.

"Floralia" is produced exclusively from Aglianico grapes, a vine known for its tannic structure and its aromatic intensity, which in the rosé version reveals a new and surprising dimension of freshness and drinkability. The selection of grapes, manual harvesting and careful winemaking are essential to obtain a rosé that preserves the liveliness of the fruit and the typical acidity of Aglianico, making it accessible and pleasantly aromatic at the same time.

Winemaking involves a short cold maceration of the grapes to extract color and primary aromas, followed by temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks, to preserve freshness and fruity notes. This process allows us to obtain a rosé that combines the typical structure of Aglianico with a unique lightness and pleasantness.

Visually, "Floralia" presents itself with a bright and captivating cherry pink color. On the nose, the wine offers a rich and inviting bouquet, with notes of fresh red fruits such as strawberries, cherries and a hint of pomegranate, enriched by floral nuances and a light mineral note, which reflect the uniqueness of the Molise terroir.

In the mouth, the Rosato Terra degli Osci IGT "Floralia" reveals itself to be surprisingly fresh and lively, with good acidity which balances the structure and gives the wine a pleasant drinkability. Fresh red fruit flavors blend with delicate floral and mineral accents, leading to a clean, refreshing finish.

Ideal as an aperitif or paired with light starters, fish dishes, white meats and grilled vegetables, "Floralia" is a wine that expresses the joy and vitality of summer rosés, offering a tasting experience that is refreshing at the same time and complex, capable of telling the essence of the native vines of Molise and Di Majo Norante's passion for quality viticulture.
