Producer history Bayou Rum

The idea began in 2011 with the goal of reviving the art of American rum; the distillery opened in Lacassine, Louisiana, in 2013. From the start production has focused on artisanal processes: fermentation, distillation, aging and bottling carried out in-house. The official site indicates the presence of a Master Blender who coordinates blends and limited editions.
