Its origin from the fertile and humid lands of a historic distillery, located in an area known for the quality of sugar cane, gives Bayou a delicate yet well-defined aromatic profile. The olfactory notes of freshly cut sugar cane blend with hints of fresh citrus and a subtle trace of vanilla, derived from a short aging in steel that preserves its purity intact.
On the palate, Rum White Bayou offers a smooth and slightly sweet entry, balanced by a mild saltiness and herbal undertones. This harmony makes it perfect for classic cocktails such as the Mojito or the Daiquiri, as well as for light gastronomic pairings based on fish or spicy Creole cuisine dishes.
