Glenrothes

Production at the Glenrothes site dates back to the late 19th century (distilling activity around 1878–1879). During the 20th century the distillery underwent several changes of ownership and operational phases; the brand and management were reorganised (including periods involving Highland Distillers/Edrington and a phase when the brand was owned by Berry Bros & Rudd). In 2017 the brand The Glenrothes was reunited with the distillery under Edrington ownership, which currently oversees the brand.

Pursuit of elegance through patience and precision: use of the estate's spring water, slow distillation to preserve delicate aromatics, and careful maturation management in high‑quality casks to achieve fragrant, fruity profiles.

Rothes, in the heart of Speyside (Scotland). Water comes from the Estate's private sources, filtered through ancient rock formations, contributing to a very soft spirit profile.
