The Porton brand (Pisco Portón) is produced at Hacienda La Caravedo, a historic bodega/distillery in the Ica Valley, Peru, with documented roots in the 17th century. The range includes Mosto Verde bottlings and premium lines (e.g., Pago de los Frailes); the brand has been promoted internationally through partnerships and foreign distributors to position pisco as a sipping and cocktail spirit.

Porton aims to combine local traditional techniques with modern controls to enhance the character of local grapes. The approach favors unaltered expressions of the distillate (no added aromatics), preserving the grape's aromatic profile through practices such as partial fermentation of the must (Mosto Verde) and small-pot distillation.
